Sales and delivery conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from PF Company A/S. Conditions apply in cases if there is no other written agreements between the buyer and PF Company A/S.

Ordering and order confirmation
After ordering via our website www.pussyflies.com you will receive a confirmation of order reciept by email.

Price
All prices are in EUR incl. Danish VAT, but excl. postage charges.

PF Company A/S allows you to pay with credit cards:

Postage charges
All orders are sent by Post Denmark unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and PF Company.
Delivery within Europe: pr. packet 100 g EUR 5,00. Free delivery when buying for more than 100 EUR.

Packets to Denmark are delivered as a letter, confirmed sent by Post Danmark.

Delivery time and transportation
Delivery of goods from PF Company has been considered when the goods are given to Post Danmark, and you will receive an email informing the packet No. for Track and Trace and confirming the withdrawal of the payment from your credit card.
Delivery will usually happen within 3 days.

Returning rights
You always have 14 days of returning rights. To cancel a purchase you either refuse to receive the goods or you return the goods to PF Company A/S.
Goods must be returned in same condition and quantity as it was delivered, this is also applicable to the packaging and info signs on the product. Copy of the order confirmation must also be included. You must pay the costs associated with returning the goods.
If you regret your purchase in accordance with above we will transfer the amount (ex. postal charges) to your credit card or by a bank transfer.

Complaints
In accordance with costumer purchasing laws, you have 2 years of rights to make a complaint about our products.

Disclosure
Agreements (purchase orders) may be made in Danish or English and be kept by the company in 5 years, according to the Bookkeeping Act. It is not possible to access the contract subsequently through our website.

Privacy Policy:
All information normally stored for 5 years, accounting law requires retention of records material in five years.
We only collect your name, address and e-mail from our customers. Such information shall not be redirected to a third party and are not used further after an order is completed.
